About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team as a Support Worker - Positive Behaviour Support. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with individuals who require support with their daily lives, promoting independence and autonomy in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
  • Escort and accompany service users on external events and appointments, promoting social inclusion and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Person Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and supporting them in achieving individual aspirations.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Flexibility to work creatively with customers and their families, adapting to changing needs and circumstances.
  • Prior experience in personal care is desirable but not essential; we provide comprehensive training and induction programmes for all new staff members.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £21,500 - £23,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
