Job Description

This role requires a proven track record in Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable roles, with excellent IT literacy and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work autonomously, with strong customer service focus and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage purchase ledger activities for clients, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  2. Develop and implement effective solutions to escalate issues, improving client satisfaction.
  3. Liaise with accountants to reconcile statements and resolve debit balances.
  4. Oversee the coding and approval of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable roles.
  • Excellent IT literacy and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Accurise Ltd offers a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
