Operations Coordinator

The Alexander Mae (Bristol) Ltd company is seeking a qualified Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operations in their Yate office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and possess strong IT skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day installation department queries via phone and email.
- Accurately log and update calls in a timely manner.
- Order equipment from suppliers and create purchase orders.
- Provide top-notch customer service by liaising with customers and engineers to progress jobs.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
- Liaise with account managers to provide up-to-date statistics on work in progress and file progress.
- Ensure consistent quality standards for all processes within the department and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with the purchase ledger department regarding sub-contractor invoice sign-offs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a service industry with a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
- GCSE pass in Maths and English or equivalent.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in standard software applications.
