Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Ledger Clerk to join our team at Accurise Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to support our business leaders with purchase ledger activities for their clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve the service provided to clients, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Preregister invoices received via email to ensure accurate supplier details and assignments.
  • Coding invoices and including descriptions from invoices in the text.
  • Approve imported POs and match food, beverage, and other invoices to POs.
  • Conduct monthly statement reconciliations for suppliers, communicating with accountants as needed.
  • Review aged creditors, resolve debit balances, and maintain utility, rates, and rent creditors.
  • Support clients to ensure payments are made correctly, promptly, and according to procedure.
  • Maintain accurate records of client payments, including PAYE, Class 1A, VAT.
  • Verify supplier bank details and maintain personal and client email inboxes, responding by the end of each day.
