Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Client Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service role within the not-for-profit sector and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer queries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints.
- Contribute to the development of customer service procedures.
- Assist with general administrative tasks.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
