Children's Care Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional manager to oversee the operation of our children's care home in Lancashire and Greater Manchester.
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing your team, providing a nurturing environment for the children we care for, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or above children's home, as well as excellent knowledge of current legislations, including The Children's Homes England Regulations 2015 and The Children's Act 1989.
This is a rewarding role with opportunities to progress in a growing company, offering a salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 + discretionary bonus, 33 days' holiday entitlement, and additional benefits.
