At Zentiva Group, we're on a mission to deliver high-quality medicine to those who need it most. As a VAM Portfolio Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maximizing our Value-Added Medicines (VAM) portfolio through targeted promotion, clear forecasting, and robust execution of go-to-market plans.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive overall strategic success of the VAM channel by delivering on budgeted P&L, growing awareness and adoption of our portfolio, and developing robust go-to-market plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Business Development, Regulatory, and Medical teams to ensure strategic understanding and tactical delivery of plans.
  • Develop, own, drive, and deliver marketing and key account plans for VAMs to ensure all patients have access to our medicines.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence relationships and leverage knowledge at all levels across a matrix structure.
  • Detailed knowledge of primary and secondary care markets, product supply routes, and associated financial structures and reimbursement.
  • Proven track record of successful sales results and ability to meet or exceed objectives.
  • Understanding of ABPI Code of Practice and all corporate policies and their practical application.
  • Ability to rapidly and accurately assess and communicate business opportunities and capitalize upon them.
  • Ability to accurately forecast sales results based on a robust environmental understanding and positive attitude to achieving business goals.
