At Zentiva Group, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven VAM Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Commercial Excellence team, you'll play a pivotal role in maximizing our Value-Added Medicines (VAM) portfolio through targeted promotion, clear forecasting, and robust execution of go-to-market plans.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on the overall budgeted P&L for the VAM channel, driving awareness and growth of the Zentiva portfolio through customer interactions and relationship development within key NHS organizations.
  • Compile robust and measurable go-to-market plans, leveraging market insight to support the Head of Business Development in identifying and qualifying new leads for new and unique strengths of medicine.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the VAM portfolio, serving as the go-to person for information, networks, and environmental conditions and changes.
Key Account Prioritization and Patient Group Identification:
  • Achieve pre-launch and post-launch KPIs, including sales and volume targets, by developing and delivering marketing and key account plans for the VAM portfolio.
  • Drive key account prioritization, patient group identification, diagnosis, pathways, access, and trends, reflecting these insights in key account plans.
  • Present a positive image of Zentiva and develop awareness of newly available VAMs to relevant customer groups, implementing marcomms activities to reach target audiences.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence relationships and leverage knowledge at all levels across a matrix structure, in line with the agreed joint business plan.
  • Detailed knowledge of primary and secondary care markets, product supply routes, and associated financial structures and reimbursement.
  • Understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice and all corporate policies, with practical application.
  • Ability to rapidly and accurately assess and communicate business opportunities, capitalizing on them.
  • Ability to accurately forecast sales results based on a robust environmental understanding and positive attitude to achieving business goals.
