Clinical Lead Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People in the East Midlands. As a key member of our specialist palliative care team, you will lead on end-of-life care and work closely with families to ensure the best quality of care for babies, children, and young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on end-of-life care and work closely with families
  • Manage a caseload of babies, children, and young people with complex needs
  • Liaise with hospital staff and services to identify and facilitate transfer plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans

Requirements

  • Current registration with NMC/HCPC/GPC
  • Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification AND/OR MSc
  • Non-medical prescriber qualification
  • History taking and clinical examination qualification
  • Experience in pediatric palliative care
