\Rainbows cares for hundreds of families every year who have a baby, child, or young person with a serious or terminal illness that means that their lives will be shorter than most.
\We provide the highest level of professional holistic care and emotional support to babies, children, young people, and their families since 1994. Our aim is to support every one of the thousands of babies, children, and young people in the East Midlands with a terminal or serious illness.

\Job Description:
\This role requires an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our specialist palliative care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced clinical expertise, contributing to symptom management, and leading on end-of-life care for babies, children, and young people with life-limiting conditions.
\The role involves working closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the best quality of care for the babies, children, and young people in our care.

- Qualifications: Advanced Clinical Practitioner AND/OR MSc, Current registration with NMC/HCPC/GPC, Non-medical prescriber, History taking and clinical examination qualification.\
- Experience: Significant Post Registration paediatric palliative care experience, Demonstrative track record working with own paediatric/neonatal client base, managing the assessment, treatment, and discharge of patients and the ability to work in partnership with a range of other professionals including health, social care, and education.\
