Responsibilities:

  1. Inputting details into our system to ensure efficient contract management
  2. Allocating vehicles for sale and coordinating daily/weekly reporting for clients
  3. Liaising with government vendors and buyers to facilitate smooth transactions
  4. Registering new customers and buyers while providing excellent customer service
  5. Carrying out weekly audits on sales and stock to maintain accuracy and compliance

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent IT literacy skills, including data entry and software proficiency
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines
