Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Receptionist to join our team at Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer care to patients and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Coordinate appointments, bookings, and referrals, ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Prepare clinical paperwork, referral forms, and charge sheets, as well as other administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the department.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, staff, and external partners.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, as well as occasional overtime.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
