Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our finance team in the UK. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing financial plans, reports, and budgets.
- Managing the company's cash flow to ensure financial stability and compliance.
- Overseeing financial processes, including audits and financial reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
- Providing strategic financial advice to senior management.
- Improving financial systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
