Quantity Surveyor Position Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Stockport. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for working on a variety of projects within the education, ecclesiastical, and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget
  • Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • MRICS qualified or working towards
  • Prior experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for another construction consultancy or client side
  • Willing to commute to Stockport as required
  • Ideally have education or high-rise residential experience
Benefits:
