Quantity Surveyor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Manchester. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing construction projects, supervising assistants and apprentices, and acting as the principal point of contact with clients and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on construction projects and supervise the work of assistants and apprentices.
  • Act as the principal point of contact with clients and design teams.
  • Work independently to deliver QS/PM/EA services on projects.
  • Act as a Quantity Surveyor on traditional projects or Employer's Agent on Design and Build projects.
  • Follow the company Quality Management System in the delivery of services.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and develop excellent time management strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in running own projects in quantity surveying and/or project management.
  • Proficiency in measurement, ideally using CostX Measurement Software.
  • Experience in running projects independently.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel to sites across the UK as required.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management, or a related field.
