p>Join Caval Limited as a key member of our team and take on the exciting role of Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the construction industry, working on a wide range of projects from pre-construction to completion.

As a Building/Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets, supporting in tender documentation and contractor selection, and monitoring and reporting on project costs. You will also assist with processing payments to contractors and suppliers, and contribute to the project close-out, including cost reports and handover documentation.

This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £40,000.00, including a package of benefits, including Death in Service x4, Enhanced Sickness/Healthcare, Vouchers, and Flexible Working.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets.
  • Supporting in tender documentation and contractor selection.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project costs.
  • Assisting with processing payments to contractors and suppliers.
  • Contributing to the project close-out, including cost reports and handover documentation.
