We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our people risk policy development and implementation, ensuring business operations adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and standard processes. As the ideal candidate, you will have expertise in legislation and/or regulation, with experience working in a 2LoD compliance advisory position or providing regular compliance advice.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced policy professional to join our team and drive compliance and HR-related projects forward. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR compliance programs, including internal HR processes & standard operating procedures.

  • Develop and maintain risk management frameworks and methodologies to identify, assess, and manage operational risks.
  • Conduct horizon scanning to ensure the business is informed of regulatory, industry, and employment developments.
  • Support the business on key regulatory policy projects, helping colleagues understand and assess the impacts of changes to the regulatory framework.

We offer a competitive salary range of £62,874 - £76,000, depending on your experience, along with a generous pension contribution of up to 15%, annual performance-related bonus, share schemes, and a range of wellbeing initiatives.
