Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member or respond to inquiries.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors, residents, and external professionals.
  • Assist with secretarial tasks, maintain accurate records, and update resident information.
  • Perform general filing and record-keeping duties.
  • Operate office equipment, including photocopying and printing.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and equipment.
