Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member or respond to inquiries.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, residents, and external professionals.
- Assist with secretarial tasks, maintain accurate records, and update resident information.
- Perform general filing and record-keeping duties.
- Operate office equipment, including photocopying and printing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in basic office software and equipment.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.49.
- A 24-hour contract with alternate weekends.

- 5.6 weeks of annual leave.
