We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Class Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive SEND School in Birmingham. As a Special Needs Education Professional, you will play a vital role in the education and development of children with SEMH and complex needs. Our school is committed to providing a nurturing environment that allows children to grow and thrive, and we require a teacher who is enthusiastic about teaching and has the ability to develop strategies for good behaviour management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach children with SEMH and complex needs in a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans to promote learning and development
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to provide a comprehensive education programme
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
Requirements:
  • QTS, PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Previous experience working in a UK school
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training (or willingness to undertake)
  • Enhanced Child Barred List DBS certificate (or willingness to process a new application)
