As a Business Growth Specialist at Nurseplus, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion through effective communication, relationship-building, and sales strategy execution. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the primary client contact, ensuring seamless communication and meeting client expectations.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively pursuing new business opportunities and managing sales leads
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing queries promptly and professionally
- Preparing applicant profiles for client consideration and maintaining client relationships
- Collaborating with commercial teams to understand and communicate business offerings
You will work closely with the commercial team to develop and implement sales strategies, resulting in increased revenue growth. As part of our office team, you will contribute to a collaborative environment that fosters open communication and knowledge-sharing.
The successful candidate will have a full UK driving license, experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a passion for business development. Knowledge of the care industry is an advantage. You will be self-motivated, working as part of a team and autonomously, with some travel required.
