Sales and Growth Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales cycle from qualified leads to successful closes
- Develop, manage, and fulfill a sales pipeline
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with the wider team on targeted campaigns and initiatives
- Present solutions to customers in an engaging and professional manner
Our Requirements:
- A proven track record of success in business development or outbound sales
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Team player with ability to collaborate effectively
What You'll Get:
- A basic salary of £35,000 per annum
- A performance-based commission scheme with a quarterly bonus, offering an estimated annual OTE of £8,000 - £20,000
