Regional Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Growth Manager to join our team at GBR Recruitment Limited. This role will focus on driving sales growth across a defined territory spanning the South West of the UK, the West Midlands, and Wales.
Your primary responsibility will be to maximise sales turnover in your designated region through sales and hire of portable building products. You will devise and implement your own sales strategy to achieve revenue KPI targets and convert new product enquiries into successful sales conversions.
A key aspect of this role is expanding current business relationships and winning new business with existing clients. You will maintain regular contact with major customers to explore their needs and deliver technical and bespoke portable building solution presentations.
To succeed in this position, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the temporary structures industry sector. Your ability to consult with clients on various finance options and quote for new business will also be essential.
This is a highly competitive opportunity for a motivated sales professional who can drive business growth and develop long-term relationships with clients.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
