About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Austin Fraser. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for driving business growth in the South West of the UK, the West Midlands, and Wales.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the temporary structures industry sector or modular builds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue KPI targets within defined regions.
  • Convert new product enquiries into site surveys, progressing them to successful product sales conversions specific to client needs.
  • Expand current business relationships, winning new business with existing clients and turning one site solution into several.
  • Update the sales database with pipelines, forecasted sales, trends, and set accounts.
  • Maintain regular contact with major customers to ensure hire and sales volumes are met, exploring additional needs.

This role requires a consultative approach, delivering technical and bespoke portable building solution presentations, effectively and accurately quoting for new business, and consulting with clients on finance options.

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflects the company's commitment to rewarding its employees for their hard work and dedication.
