Job Overview: Mitchell Maguire is a specialist construction sales recruitment consultancy dealing exclusively with construction sales jobs, specification sales positions and house builder recruitment across various sectors including interiors, finishes, wardrobes, bedroom furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, flooring, ceilings, wall coverings, partitions, lighting and ceramics.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Business Development Manager for the KBB sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business relationships with national house builders, regional house builders and private developers in the South region, leveraging our national agreements and increasing sales revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing new business relationships with key decision makers in the South region
  • Leveraging national agreements with national house builders
  • Increasing sales revenue through targeted business development activities
  • Managing existing relationships with 2-10 national housebuilder accounts
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities


Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven track record in new business development and sales growth
  • Experience in selling to national house builders, regional house builders and private developers
  • Strong understanding of the KBB sector and its trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 - £70,000 + £10,000 bonus per annum
