Lead Bartender at The Standard London

We are seeking a seasoned Head Bartender to join our team at The Standard London. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for leading our bartenders to deliver exceptional service and drinks experiences across our ground floor bars, restaurants, and terraces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of bartenders to deliver exceptional service and drinks experiences
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails
  • Create and implement innovative cocktail menus and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Cocktail Bartender
  • Proven knowledge of spirits, well-versed in classic and contemporary cocktails
  • Strong understanding of the latest trends in the London bar scene
  • Ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds
  • Flexibility to work shifts Monday-Sunday, full-time, including weekends and late nights
