**Job Title:** Transport Planner

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Transport Planner to join our team at Pertemps Derby. As a Transport Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing daily loads, managing subcontractor performance, and handling high-profile projects for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan and execute daily loads, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods
* Work closely with Haulier Relationship Managers to manage subcontractor performance and optimize logistics operations
* Coordinate and manage high-profile projects for customers, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with hauliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in transport management systems and logistics planning
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive salary range of £28,000 - £30,000, dependent on experience
* Free onsite parking available
