Job Title: Transport Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Culina Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for effectively planning and coordinating the movement of goods and resources to meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the movement of goods and resources to ensure timely delivery and collection.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with drivers, transport providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and optimize routes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to transportation and logistics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in transportation and logistics, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
