We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting independence and empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Provide high-quality mental health support services to individuals, promoting independence and empowerment
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans
• Foster strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
• Contribute to the development and delivery of mental health services, ensuring they meet the needs of our service users
• Work closely with our housing and supported living teams to provide seamless support services
**What We Offer**
• Competitive salary of £26,500 - £29,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
• 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
