About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tender Support Assistant to join our team at UKCEH. As a key member of our Tender Support Team, you will provide administrative support to help secure competitive income opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recording information about funding opportunities and outcomes
  • Maintaining company profiles within bidding portals
  • Providing key information about UKCEH to support proposals
  • Arranging meetings with some minute taking
  • Ensuring documents and emails are filed appropriately

Requirements

  • Autonomy to work with a changing workload and meet deadlines
  • Initiative to solve problems and find solutions
  • Efficiency in service delivery: responding to requests quickly, accurately and appropriately
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
  • Understanding of data integrity and the importance of accuracy in completing data entry tasks
