SEN Classroom Assistant

We are looking for a skilled SEN Classroom Assistant to join our team in a Good rated special needs school in Totton.
Job Details:This is a flexible role that requires the right individual to work on a part-time basis, providing support to children and young people with special educational needs.
- The ideal candidate will possess a caring attitude, patience, and the ability to build strong relationships with students.
- Previous experience working with students with SEN, particularly those with autism and complex needs.
- Support students with physical and emotional needs, promoting independence and self-confidence.
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery.
- Education and training in supporting individuals with SEN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- $12.25 per hour pay rate, paid weekly.
