The Role in Detail

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant/LSA
Location: Primary Schools in Southampton
Hours: Full Time OR Part Time (Typically 08:30 - 15:30, hours may vary)
Pay: £12.83 - £13.05 per hour (Term-time only)

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with teachers to develop and implement effective learning strategies for students with SEN.
  2. Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.
  3. Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to regular team meetings.
  4. Potential for long-term employment as a valued member of our team.
