  • Oversee a programme of reading intervention, primarily phonics and fluency, to respond to and nurture the reading needs of students identified as requiring individual support.
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to develop and implement effective literacy strategies.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of literacy interventions and make recommendations for improvement.
