As a Senior Safeguarding Specialist, you will be responsible for chairing child protection case conferences, ensuring correct thresholds, and quality assuring practice. You will also be fulfilling statutory duties towards looked after children, as defined in the IRO handbook.

We are committed to working with children, young people, and their families in an embedded and truly restorative way. Our work is informed by our restorative framework, ensuring we support children and their families.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,329 - £50,969 per annum, depending on experience. This role also comes with a range of benefits, including 26 days annual leave per year, a generous relocation allowance, and access to our confidential Employee Assistance Programme.
