Contact Centre Transformation Specialist

Shape IT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled CXM Contact Centre Consultant to join our client's CXM Practice. As a key player in delivering high-quality solutions, you will bring your expertise in contact centre operations and help drive our clients' success.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
- Design tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Oversee solution testing, deployment, and user training to ensure smooth implementation.
- Provide expert guidance on contact centre technologies, including IVR, workforce management, and non-voice channels.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and Microsoft guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in delivering complex contact centre solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in a range of contact centre technologies (Inbound Voice, Automated Dialling, Workforce Management).
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team across multiple business units.
- Passion for innovation, technology, and helping clients maximise their digital investment.
