We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Organisation Development Team as an Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Lead. Key Responsibilities- Consult with stakeholders to initiate, lead and deliver equality, diversity and inclusion and wellbeing proposals that support our organisation's strategy.
- Provide guidance and leadership to support the delivery of equality, diversity and inclusion and wellbeing initiatives that help deliver our People and Organisational Development strategy.
- Collaborate across teams to support the delivery of key programmes and progress reporting on plans.
- Analyse data, forecast trends and produce reports with clear recommendations to influence and inform decision-making for senior leadership.
Digital Health and Care Wales is part of the NHS Wales family and plays a crucial role in transforming the way health and care services are delivered through technology and data. We support frontline staff with modern systems and access to important information about their patients, while empowering the people of Wales to manage their own health through digital NHS Wales services.

- Experience of organisational development and managing change, and advising on the implications of change.
- Registered with a relevant informatics professional body.

- Visionary leadership, enthusiasm and courage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to write and present highly complex information in the form of reports, policies and strategy documents to a publishable standard.

- Ability to organise, meet deadlines and work co-operatively while managing several pieces of work simultaneously.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Negotiating, analytical and facilitation skills.
- Competent IT literacy in areas such as word processing, email, PowerPoint, data analysis and the use of internet appropriate to the area of work.
- Ability to apply equality law to practical situations.
Candidates with Welsh language skills are desirable, with a minimum of level 1 in understanding, speaking, reading and writing in Welsh.
