We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Class Technician to join our team at Treloar's. As a Class Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students, working closely with the teaching staff to deliver high-quality education and care.
Key Responsibilities- Support the teaching staff in delivering lessons and activities to students
- Prepare and maintain equipment and materials for lessons
- Provide individual support to students with their learning and development
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve the College's goals and objectives
- GCSE level C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Relevant level 3 qualification in care and/or education
- Commitment to achieving a level 4 teaching and learning qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
