We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Class Technician to join our team at Treloar's. As a Class Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students, who are physically disabled young people.
Key Responsibilities- Support students across a range of ability levels, providing individualized attention and guidance to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Prepare and organize equipment and materials in the classroom, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.
- Lead lessons for the tutor, utilizing your expertise to deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement personalized learning plans, tailored to the needs of each student.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive classroom culture, promoting social skills and emotional intelligence.
- GCSE level C or above (or equivalent) in Maths & English.
- A relevant level 3 qualification in care and/or education.
- Commitment to achieving a level 4 teaching and learning qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively, with a passion for supporting young people.
- A competitive salary of £23,629 - £24,953 per annum.
