Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Class Technician to join our team at Treloar's. As a Class Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students, who are physically disabled young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the tutor in leading lessons and providing educational support to students
  • Prepare and organize equipment and materials in the classroom
  • Provide individualized support to students in all aspects of their learning
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement effective learning strategies
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • GCSE level C or above (or equivalent) in Maths & English
  • Relevant level 3 qualification in care and/or education
  • Commitment to achieving a level 4 teaching and learning qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students of varying ability levels
  • Passion for supporting young people and commitment to their learning and development
