Parker Smith Inclusion Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary SEMH Specialist Teacher to join our team. This role requires experience in teaching students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties.

The ideal candidate will have a therapeutic teaching approach, the ability to deliver the primary curriculum, and experience in working with emotional regulation and positive behavior/de-escalation strategies.

Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with vulnerable students, using sensory processing and social communication teaching background, and ensuring a nurturing and consistent approach.

We offer long-term to permanent opportunities, working with multidisciplinary therapy teams, and access to extensive specialist training from SEMH specialists.

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
