Customer Experience Specialist Role

Xero is a leading cloud accounting platform that empowers small businesses and their advisors to grow and thrive. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support and guidance to our customers, helping them to get the most out of Xero.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Xero's products and services to effectively address customer queries.
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to ensure timely resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements and best practices to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or accounting environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
  • High level of integrity, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding Xero's values.
