About the Role

Xero is a cloud-based accounting platform that empowers small businesses and their advisors to grow and thrive. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support and guidance to our customers, helping them to get the most out of Xero.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, using your knowledge of accounting fundamentals and Xero's features.
  • Support customers in resolving issues and queries, working collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in proactive call campaigns to engage with customers and promote Xero's value proposition.
  • Escalate complex issues and assist in their prompt resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Xero's service delivery and processes, identifying opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a service environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality targets.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Accounting or bookkeeping qualification (or working towards) and experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
