Job Overview

NexantECA is seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven Market Analytics Program Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the creation and delivery of comprehensive market analytics program reports and datasets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Develop and implement data-driven insights to inform business decisions, utilizing advanced data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI etc). Create high-quality reports that provide actionable recommendations for clients and senior management.
  • Program Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery of reports. Oversee the performance of assigned staff to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a team of market analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Identify opportunities for growth and development within the team.
  • Revenue Enhancement: Work closely with business development teams to identify opportunities for increasing program revenues through strategic partnerships and client engagement.
RequirementsSkills and Experience
  • Industry Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the global petrochemical industry and commodity market behaviors from a volume perspective.
  • Market Analysis: Minimum 5 years' experience in a responsible role leading research on global commodity markets, with expertise in using data analysis tools and software to interpret complex datasets.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Data Visualization: Skilled in presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner, using data visualization tools to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information to diverse audiences, including clients and senior management.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about market trends and their implications for the business, developing long-term outlooks that reflect these opportunities.
