Job Description

We are looking for a Property Liaison Specialist to join our Property Management team at Cherry Pick People. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating property preparations, liaising with clients, and ensuring smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate property inspections and schedule works with landlords.
  • Assist in preparing properties for staging and sale.
  • Oversee furniture ordering and delivery.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous property or hospitality experience an advantage.
Salary and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary package of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including core hours (7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday) and occasional Saturday cover.
