Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, researching vendors, tracking orders, and maintaining databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Research and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
- Track orders and follow up with suppliers as needed
- Update databases with order details, including dates, quantities, vendors, and discounts
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and negotiate better deals
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate prices
- Prepare cost analyses and maintain records of invoices and contracts

Requirements:
