About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CBT Therapist to join our Outpatient Team at Priory Hospital Barnt Green. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality CBT therapy to clients with a range of mental health needs, including depression, anxiety, OCD, and trauma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver CBT therapy sessions to clients, adhering to clinical guidelines and protocols
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client progress and treatment outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered and accredited CBT Therapist with a strong background in mental health. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
