About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CBT Therapist to join our Outpatient Team at Priory Hospital Barnt Green. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to clients with a range of mental health needs, including depression, anxiety, OCD, and trauma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to clients, adhering to clinical guidelines and protocols.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, their families, and carers.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered and accredited CBT Therapist with a strong background in mental health. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
