About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CBT Therapist to join our Outpatient Team at Priory Hospital Barnt Green. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality CBT therapy to clients with a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, OCD, and trauma.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver CBT therapy sessions to clients, adhering to clinical guidelines and protocols
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client sessions and progress

Requirements

  • Registered and accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP)
  • Experience in delivering CBT therapy to clients with a range of mental health conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
