About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CBT Therapist to join our Outpatient Team at Priory Hospital Barnt Green. As a key member of our team, you will work with clients who require support for depression, anxiety, OCD, and trauma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality CBT therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external services
  • Contribute to the development of the Outpatient Team and the wider Priory Group
  • Participate in clinical duties, including documentation and liaison with the multidisciplinary team
Requirements
  • Registration with the BABCP is essential, with accreditation preferred
  • Experience in CBT therapy, preferably in a mental health setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
