About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our residents.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, providing support and assistance with any queries or concerns they may have. You will also be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, scheduling repairs and maintenance tasks, and ensuring that the development is safe and secure.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be responsible for organizing activities and events for residents, such as social events, outings, and educational programs. You will work closely with our Area Manager to ensure that the development is running smoothly and that residents are happy and fulfilled.

About You

We are looking for someone with a background in administration and customer service, who is passionate about working with people and providing excellent customer service. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

You will also have experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook, and be able to use your own initiative to solve problems and make decisions.
