Lodge Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our residents.
As a Lodge Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, providing support and assistance with various tasks and activities. You will also be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, scheduling repairs and maintenance, and ensuring that the development is safe and secure.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a background in administration and customer service, and experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the retirement development
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents
- Manage the maintenance of the property, including scheduling repairs and maintenance
- Ensure the development is safe and secure
- Work closely with residents, staff, and contractors to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
